ZocialSignal provides AI-powered analysis of TikTok video comments to identify buy-intent signals. We offer free and paid subscription tiers with varying usage limits.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for spamming, harassment, or any illegal activity
  • Scrape or bulk-extract data from our platform without permission
  • Resell access to your account or share credentials
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit our systems
  • Violate TikTok's terms of service through your use of our tool

5. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Free Tier

Free users receive 3 video analyses per day. Free usage is subject to availability and may be modified at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

ZocialSignal and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ZocialSignal. Analysis results generated for your videos are yours to use.

8. Disclaimer

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of buy-intent scoring or analysis results. We are not affiliated with TikTok.

9. Limitation of Liability

ZocialSignal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
